Expired car registration

When trying to renew my registration and insurance this year, I was given false information that it could be done online and now have found out that is not true and my registration is a few months after expiry now.
Does anyone know what the penalty is and is there is a difference to the procedure for renewing my registration ?

You can still renew your car istemara without penalty as long as it will not exceed 1 month after expiry date.

its 1500/- for delaying more than a Month after Grace Period!

you have to pay QR.500/- for delaying ishtamara.none other then this and same old procedure.
