Dear All,

Can someone tell me that how long it takes to get the approval for 'FAMILY RESIDENCE VISA' once the documents are submitted at the IMMIGRATION DEPT's counter? Further, if the documents are accepted at the counter does it mean that you will surely get the visa approval? Please answer.

Just went there today in Immigration, very convenient and fast... just wait for 3-7 days

As far as I know...approval for FAMILY RESIDENCE VISA can be obtained at LABOR DEPARTMENT not in IMMIGRATION department...only FAMILY VISIT VISA is allowed to apply in immigration :)

when its ready you will get a message. or keep checking the MOI website. no fixed days....

normally it took about 4 days to process. subjected to all papers and other minimum requirements are met with.
