How to get Passport and kurooj from company

I apply for leave in my company but i didnt get that because my agreement period is 2year i have finished only one and half year they are telling you cant go without finish your agreement so I resign now from my comapny but I dont want any athor benefits I want only my passport and kurooj...they are not giving that. What can I do for this?

I think better you go for the labor court, for more clarification you contact with your embassy. They will help you.
