Suggestion to QL

Here is a suggestion for QL to control the classified ads. Demand an SMS from the advertiser to verify his mobile phone. In this way genuine ads can be ensured. Also number of posts by a person can be limited, if necessary.

phone numbers posted in QL ads is being taken by other website owners to post the same ad in their websites. How legal is that?

QL is blocking accounts which are not posting any ads telling that the user has broken the guidelines in Classifieds and at the same time there are plenty of ads from the same user appearing in the main forum.
