Yesterday evening i had tried to withdraw the money thru my ATM from QNB AlJazeera finace branch, my money was already deducted but machine was problem and i didnt get the money. When i called the QNB Call center they send me Tracking number for further follow up. So what are the next step should i do????Do i get my money back to my account????Please advise in this.

Call the customer service for the follow up and they will instruct you what to do.
