I would like to know if it is possible to change my family's permanent visa to a visit visa so that I need not send them to my home country when my company sponsorship is changed.

in both cases u need the NOC ,even if u want to transfer or you want to take anther visa , . better u speak with the company to sign only in the transfer paper , nothing will lose , so i don't' know why the want to cancel you ,

tell to company that you have all your family behind you and it will be very big problem , make as issue . try to offer some money to your PRO or company ,

They are not ready to transfer visa, Only they will give NOC.. the new company will provide a new visa. But, I wanted to change my sponsorship, including my family's, to the new company without going out of qatar.. Is this possible?? or else pls suggest a solution.

why do you/they need to cancel your visa if they are gonna give you an NOC?? if they will cancel your visa, all of you must exit qatar. maybe what you mean is 'transfer' your visa and not to cancel?

as far as i know, there's no need to change the visa status of your family if they will just transfer your visa.

NO... what i meant is, i got a job in a new company and my current employer is willing to give NOC. I hv my family here in permanent visa. So, to change my visa to the new company, I'll hv to cancel my existing visa (also my family's). So in order to avoid sending them back home, can I change their visa to a visit visa under my father-in-law's sponsorship. Hope u get me.
