Or you can take it alone... Swallow 2 tea spoon full one after one with room temperature water.

It helps in acidity, constipation and diarrhea...in short; it corrects your digestive system.

Flax seeds must be ground, otherwise they just pass through the digestive system and you don't get any nutritional value from them at all.

I just add it to my porridge or yoghurt and have it as it is.gives a nice crunch to the dish.

Flax seeds are available in doha in super markets.

You can check with organic food items.

Powder the flax seeds and leave in on the dining table whenever u have a meal.

Add a table spoon to your plate, u can have it sprinkled on top of salad in every meal and have it.

You can mix it with any vegetable in your plate and have it.

Flaxseed is easily available in luluhypermarket.

One way that I know to cook it in Kashmiri style is:-

1. Grind flaxseeds equivalent to a small cup of yoghurt

2. Take equal quantity of flour

3. Mix enough water to make a smooth paste

4. Cook for 15 minutes

5. Add salt as per desire

6. It'll remain like a thick paste. The amount of food you need to eat, take that out in a plate & mix a level tablespoon of butter or margarine.

7. Serve / Eat hot

hi...

Flax seeds are usually given for losing weight, in case your doctor has advised you to do so then just have 2-3 tablespoons of flax with your morning cereal...
