My employer(semi Goverment Organization) told me that they have been unable to obtain an Visa for me, they didn't told me any reason yet. I gave them clean documents and my background is also clearn back here in India.

And now they have withdraw my offer also :(.. this thing really tested my patience for 3 month now.

Is there any Quota system for visa linked to each country for every year, or quota for each Employer per year ? (may be the quota is expired during my application)

Can anyone tell me what could be the plausible reason which they might aware of or come across your mind.

It could just be the HR team who are taking time. I recently got my visa and the whole thing took 1 month, everything. And I'm Indian. From my experience, the Ministry is quick, efficient and helpful! Companies have a fixed quota on nationality and it can be delayed if they've reached their quota.

All the best
