My wife is on a tourist visa currently with me. Can i apply for a residency or visit visa while she is still in Doha or she needs to exit out of the country.

As i understand tourist visa cannot be converted to residency

Also which would be a better option in terms of saving time to get a visa - a visit visa which is later converted to residency or a direct residency visa .

I would very much appreciate the feedback of the forum members

I want to comeback in doha, but i dont know if my first cousin can help me, and if he can give me a visit visa is it possible to get a job if im there? Please i need some advice

Get the Personal visit visa which is extendable for six months. Then keep on trying for permanent visa
