I was travelling back from work when this rally was taking place near the Grand Mosque.

My first reaction was.."Damn...gonna reach home late today...have to take son for a birthday party...coudn't they do this some where else??"

Today, retrospectively thinking I realise that living in a secure atmosphere makes us so callous to the problems that people round the world are facing.

Although I not a Syrian, but kudos to all the people out there for atleast having some feelings for people back in Syria
