I stand to be corrected, but I am sure that KUMON is located in a villa directly behind Landmark Shopping Centre.There are parents and kids in and out all day. If you drive behind Landmark Centre at the bottom end where there is an entrance to the underground parking, across the road is the villa.

As far as I know they have closed down. They were located in the Souq but were booted for remodeling :(
