QP switching roles and business units

Hello,

I have the chance to switch from one business unit to another within QP. The only downfall is that I only got about 5 % salary increase.

Is this fair or should I negotiate any further? I have been at the company for 7 years in the same role.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
