I'm a filipina under my husband sponsorship and he is a British National. I wanted to bring my brother here in Qatar, can i apply for a family visit visa for him?

You cant, but your husband can sponsor his brother law!!!

Yes, you can. You will have to submit some documents to show the proof of relationship (eg:- parent names in both passports etc...)and a letter of no objection with salary info from your husband's company in Arabic + the applicaiton form.
