Hi! Good morning, Can Anyone give a good advice regarding my status in my present foreign company because i am planning to leave this company. my worries is, on how to transfer my visa to another company because this foreign company at present become local and expand here in qatar and tranfer my visa to the new but the same management, Do i need to complete the 12 months of my service and accumulate my 3 years service to the old company so it can compensate the immigration requirments for complition of 12 months on proper transfering of my visa.I almost 7 months now to the new company name but same management. Thanks
Regarding this issue on transfering visa, does it applies on local hire or even hired from the country origin of the worker. And another sir, my employer took my passport when i arrived the country, im not local hired so i dont know much here.

Hello my dear friend, yes we need to finish 1 year before transferring visa, that the same on my situatiion now, I just work only in 4 months to the company but the given me NOC/Release, but this is not enough I should have to finish 1 year to the company before transfering.
