For those who has great knowledge in sponsorship. I appreciate if you can render your valuable advice to us.

Me and my husband are both working here in qatar as of this time. My husband unluckily got a worse employer that he never got his salary on time, as delayed as 2 months, and the worse is he found out that he is the only one in the company treated like this. Now we are planning for him to resign and go home, because we are exhausted to beg for NOC but failed. I want to take my husband back under my sponsorhip. Is it possible? My husband contract will end this coming november this year, shall we wait for his contract to end? Please give me an advice, we are in worse situation now because of this problem. Thanks

YES YOU CAN BUT, ONLY FOR FAMILY VISIT VISA AND NOT FOR RESIDENCE VISA. AS OF NOW, MOI DOES NOT ALLOW A WIFE TO SPONSOR HUSBAND FOR RESIDENCE VISA. AT THE SAME TIME, IF YOUR HUSBAND WILL FIND A WORK WHILE HE IS ON VISIT VISA, HE NEED TO HAVE A NOC FROM HIS PREVIOUS COMPANY.

Yes, as long as you earn over QR10,000 per month

Yes, you can if you meet all the requirements set by MOI.

Hello! I am not a real expert in such situations but couple of years ago something like that had happened to a couple i used to know. A man brought his wife here under his sponsorship but after some time he was forced to quit his job. His wife was working already and just trasferred his visa on her name. Try to do the same. May Allah help you!
