go with S2 bcoz in terms of speed s2 is far better den arc..but for photos n music....i would take arc.....but buying arc is nt a good deal....i would suggest u to take samsung galaxy s2....
My friend as far as i know.. Samsung Galaxy 2 is the best rather than sony arc... it has good specifications and the good thing it has android 4.0 ICS... just an opinion..
