How to reduce weight...? Hope its a Million Dollar Question...

In recent years I have gained too many weight , even i skip breakfast ...Can any body let me know how to reduce weight???

skip Noon Meals take fruits instead. Totally avoid vegetable and take only Non Veg. All the Non Begetarian animals like Tiger, Lion, cheetah, Fox, Panther etc are slim and intelligent compared vegetable animals like elephant, rhiniovcerous, Giraffi, deet, goats and their stomach are fat..

Here are some simple steps:

1. Take a heavy breakfast, a lighter lunch and a lightest possible dinner.

2. Do not remain hungry for more than two hours. Have smaller meals at shorter intervals instead of heavier meals at longer intervals.

3. If you drink tea or coffee immediately stop using sugar in it. Do not use sugar alternatives - they have more unknown side effects. Develop a taste for tea/coffee without sugar. If you replace tea/coffee with Green Tea (no sugar, no milk)then that would be great.

4.Walk briskly at least 40 minutes ( 1 hour is ideal) everyday. No excuses. This is your most important step. If you can get time to visit hospital when you get sick then you can get time for a daily walk if you want to get rid of this ailment called weight. Include the walk in your daily routine. Important: You must walk non-stop for 40 minutes.

5. Replace Pizza with Zatar, Sandwitch with Shawarma and Fizzy drinks with plain water or fresh fruit juices.

Try slimming world , if there is one in Qatar

It really works , see if you can grab hold of slimming world booklet (2nd hand) from amazon.co.uk , delivery charges are arround £4 and booklet might be £10, i know some one who had a book deliver in 5 working days

Its the easiest diet on the market, intially you will think that you are eating more but this is the way it works, can enjoy the healthy food and still loose weight

And ya 60 minute walk every evening is highly recommended

There's your problem right there buddy, you are skipping breakfast which is a big no no, you MUST eat breakfast a matter of fact you should it make it your biggest meal,It will kick start your metabolism and also DO NOT eat 4 hours before you sleep. Good luck:)
