BUT I LOST MY 3500. HE CHEAT SOME MORE PEOPLE ALSO.

you only reporting it because you had been cheated...you supposed not to take the offer because you yourself knew it is illegal....probably you're the one who asked for the guy to do it for you, you deserved what you got!!

what you both did is considered illegal. you should have been smart enough to understand no one can "GET" you a license. You have to earn it.
