Hello.
am hired locally by an engineering consultancy. company policy in general is to not give release to anyone. After serving for 1 year i want to resign as am not satisfied with the management. also they pay very low salary. if i resign how to secure release from labour court if company refuse to give NOC. is there any option. as am locally hired people say i stand good chance of getting release.but if company refuse then what shud i do.
