Bad service from qtel!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi all,

Am a qtel BlackBerry customer and from last Thursday,my blackberry services are not working but the browser is working fine.Its not the problem with my phone as I tried Vodafone bbm service and its working fine in my phone.I have done everything the qtel customer care people said and thy said everything is fine and its a technical issue from their side. everyday am calling them and the response I get is we are working on ur problm and thy too don kno whn will it get fixed......plz help me wht should I do......
