requirements to get married?

hi guys am a muslim pakistani and am going to philippines to get marry and she is also converted muslim. i just want to ask what are the requirements of getting married and where possibly we can go for nekah and how much is the payment for the legal paper works as i have a short vacation and i want to make most out of it.
