Moving to Qatar

Dear friends,
I have been offered permanent senior Engineer position from Qatar company.
Basic salary including allowances=26000 QR per month
Company will provide villa in Alkhor or Doha.
I have 3 school going children. Company will provide fee and transportation for Canadian school.
flights to family each year will be provided.
I am Canadian and have Masters degree along with several qualifications in my field combined with 10 years of experience working in Canada.
Does it look like good offer?

I make 130K Usd/ year in Canada. Down side is I need to pay income tax around 40 K. Mortgage and home maintenance 25K. Over all by comparing numbers it is looking better to move to Qatar. I am expecting first year in Akis for my kids.thanks all of the great people provided their input.

Well, if it's more than you are making in Canada. Remember that you have NO job security in Qatar and no retirement. You also have no health care coverage outside of Qatar. Can you get your kids admitted to the Canadian school at his point?
