Is it legal that my husband's sponsore doesn't want to give him a release to join another job with double the salary??????is there anyway to force him for release

well jessy lolo i think if he left Qatar he should stay out of it 2 yeears at least before comting back to a new job
and unfortunatly very he asked very politly in a very descent way and still the guy doesn't want to give him that NOC :(
so i think he got stucked in this stupid job :(
Yes, it is legal if your husband's sponsor doesn't want to release or give NOC. That is the sadest part here even after finishing the contract and found a better job we cannot have that job =(
or simply try to talk to management about getting that noc in a good manner
he should ask the other company he got that opportunity to recruit him from his country ,, so he would leave back home and get the new contract there to travel back

Yes it is perfectly fine for a sponsor to not give an NOC, if your husband has a good rapport ask him to request the sponsor in a good way.
Yes, it is legal for the sponsor not to release an employee for another job. The NOC is also a document given to the employee on a voluntary basis. There is nothing you can do to force the employer to issue a NOC. Try to ask again in a nice way maybe the sponsor will change his mind.
