Hi guys,
Pls advice on below two points.
1. Can company apply/sponser/arrange my family's (wife & son) visit visa, same time when they apply for my work permit. if so what is the validity of visit visa.

2. Can this visit visa be changed to resident visa, once I get my resident permit.

no, they cannot sponsor for family visa, only the husband can sponsor his family via family visa. you have to wait 3 to 6 months after your rp is released before you can apply a visit visa for your family.
