What is the best hospital in Doha for back surgery?

My mom has had trouble with dislocated disks in her lower back for years now, and just recently one of them dislocated again and has left her paralyzed (we're still waiting to see if it gets better). She needs a back surgery to fix this, and need to know which hospital in Qatar is the best for this? I've heard of Hamad hospital not being that great, American Hospital not being American at all, Al Ahli has mixed reviews, and I've also heard of Doha Clinic being good? Please respond quickly! Thank you
