what are the ways to get family/permanent RP visa?

i m Sreeshma from Kerala.i have been staying here from dec2011 onwards.now i am in husbands visiting visa which will expire on june last.
i attended some interviews an i was selected to join in those companies.but all those company needs my RP.
My husband trnsfered his sal for 8000 QAR for 3 months.now after increasing the amount, he made the transfer as 12000 QAR for 3 months.
all other papers are ready.is thr anyone who knws sme in emigration?pls help me...
if v apply with 3 months sal will v b able to get visa?

my husband has already gone to apply family visa whn he has 3 months 8000QAR and 1 month 12000QAR as his salary statement from bank.they informed that you should have same amount for 6 months. is that must that the applicant should have 6 months with same amount?
tell your husband to apply for a family residence visa to the labor office or to the immigration...
