I got a offer from a company in Qatar. I am Team Leader in India in a software company with salary 15,00,000 INR per annum.

I am offered Senior Software Engineer Role and 13000 QAR with ID 90 and ID 50 flying benefits no acomodation or any other benefits.

Should I take this offer? currently I receive 80k to 85k INR per month. will i be able to save more?

to put it simple....no. \i am single and live with my parents and i dont think my 110000 salary is enough. im broke without paying rent or for food.

15 lakh in india(is tht before tax?) sounds great. id leave in a heartbeat for that. the only reason im here is to save money is for my masters but it is not nearly enough for the terrible life yull have.

ask for 25k overall package. at least then you have something worth leaving india for. listen to others. this is a very expensive place. decent place to raise your family, but you need to at least 25-30k monthly salary in order to have a better lifestyle than you have now.

Forget it - you'll sacrifice a professional job and a decent salary. ID tickets so I guess Qatar Airways/sister co's which ain't a good employer. Ask for 20k at a minimum.

13k is nothing in comparison to your existing salary of india. atleast you should get 20k this is what i believe, more over this country is very very expensive hardly you will find any money to save at the end of month.

Also For Software India is good for your future.. Here no development you will be stagnant.

If u dont mind which company in india are you working is that in Bangalore/Hyderabad????????????

cheers & Good luck
