Please share your thoughts on a car loan...

Hi friends... I'm looking for a bank where can I get a car loan and my salary transfer. I expect a medium above service bank. Can you please share your experiences here on a car loan? So I can take some precautions by avoiding them if its bad. The interest rate? Floating or fixed rates? etc etc. More than that the hidden costs and its being reading 'the tenure is extended without knowing the customer...' etc etc. thnx in advance.. cheers..!
Some banks in my mind : CBQ, QIB, HSBC, Mashreq, Barwa, Al Ahli, DOHA bank.
I met with a private loan lender. I think you should try this private lender and Investor. I got a loan of 1.5 million riyals from him. His services are reliable and efficient with a stress free customer service. This is his email ... [email protected] ...
i am planning to buy a nissan juke as well this month but a bit hesitant because my company is a fire and hire kind of establishment but i know i badly need a car in doha, i wouldnt say having a car is a luxury bec it is more of a necessity esp in Doha where taxi fares are so high to move around. I also need suggestions. I went to qnb this evening for more advice. The car that i want is a good deal but im just more scared whether its easy to let someone assume or continue the monthly payment of qr1400 in case i urgently need to go. Any advice are most welcome. thanks!

How can one be the "looser"?
One has to pay for the amount you borrowed at a rate fixed by the bank. When the national banking system adjust the interest rates the bank (CBQ, IBQ, HSBC, QNB, etc) also changes the interest rate by extending the months.
Usually the interest is about 14% yanni for 100,000 you have to pay QR 14,000 to the bank over a period of 3 or 5 yrs.
If that is "loosing" then pay full amount in cash or buy 2nd hand car and pay the garage for the repairs QR 3000 every year for the next 10 yrs.
I advise you to not take the loan offers banks tempts you not in the end you are the loser
CBQ is ok for both car and personal loans ,
I think Commercial Bank is fine... I bought my GMC Yukon through that... no hassles.
No idea what extra services you are talking about...
That is fine,, as a last resort.
Got your point MM..
I did that for few months..
Nothing personal.
We are becoming so independent that we don't have any thing to share or use collectively.
I wish if we request a colleague to pick & drop and take some favour in return. By the time we save enough.
This way human inter-depending will bring our living cost down & save our skin from banks rip-off.
Not only her MM..
New in Qatar like me don't have that amount to pay with my own..
But what to do yani.. I needed a car..
You are the person who help banks to make their multistorey glass buidings and distribute 3 piece suits for bank workers.
yeah if you can loan that enough cash to pay the car you want its better..
but normally they won't give big personal loans unlike car loan..
Dont take car loan, better personal loan and buy your car with cash, You can sell anytime your car if its needed, Selling car under car loan is quite difficult.
Go to QIB if you are worried about fluctuating interest rates
Try Doha Bank, they're are not giving a huge percentage of interest for any loans.
I loan my car through CBQ..
20% down the rest to be charge 2.8% per anum plus 1,800 procesing fee..
Yeh flexicode is right...don't ever think of Mashreq..they suck big time...
What about IBQ?
Get Mashreq out of your mind to start with.
