family visit visa

could anyone explain what is the Home Contract? is this different from tenancy contract? i mean if i am only renting a room right now and it is sufficient for the 3 of us (my family) how can i obtain this contract? does this home contract needs to be entitled on my own name?

This marriage certificate & birth certificate is required in original or a copies will do.What is difference between "bachelor & " home" contract?

I have received an offer from a company in Qatar.The Employment Status in the draft agreement is "Unaccompanied". My salary is QR11000/-.

Can I sponsor my family for visit or on permanent basis based on this contract agreement?Company does not objection in bringing family.

Am from India,my dad is in qatar he is going to take a family visit visa for us,just wanted to ask u,dat my dad got his salary certificate from his company stating his salary and other details,however wat do u mean by NOC,there is no mention of any noc in that salary letter which he got

Dear Bhaskar,

Just before one week i got my family visit visa.

Required documents are as follows.

1.NOC from company

2.Your Contract.

3.If bachelor status then Home Contract required.

4.Marriage Certificate.

5.Your Visa Copy.

6.Your Passport Copy

7.Your Wife Passport Copy

8.If child then Birth Certificate of the child.

9.Your salary should be more than 5000 QR

10.Take Visa application form from MOI
