I would add couple of points:
4. In one week your services are suspended for some food violation, as it looks like you have no clue about local regulations
5. In 1 month your company is blacklisted for the permits violation, as you will rely on some "33598915" from QatarLiving.
Good luck with this start! I personally stay away from you "food business"... too early to die..
Remember to have a 'coffee corner' ... on Thursday Eves you will be getting a lot of business ... believe me !!!
