LAPTOP NEW BATTERY PROBLEM

"I BOUGHT NEW BATTERY FROM REDINGTON IN LAST THURSDAY FOR N5010 MODEL DELL LAPTOP. PRICE WAS 400Q.R. IN FIRST DAY I CHARGED 8 HOURS.THEN I DID 100% CHARGED, THEN UNPLUG, BUT BATTERY CAME 0% WITH IN 3 HOURS. BUT WHEN I BOUGHT THIS LAPTOP(2008), IF I DID 100% CHARGED, THE CHARGED BACKUP WAS NEARLY 12 HOURS. NOW THE REPLACEMENT OF NEW BATTERY GIVE ONLY 3 HOURS.. ICHECK WITH REDINGTON , THEY SAID BATTERY BACKUP NORMALLY 2 TO 3 HOURS ONLY. IS IT CORRECT? OR BATTERY PROB..Tell your idea and answer

basically full charged batts (replacement) could last only up to min 2 hrs or max 4 hrs, you can upgrade it to higher mAH batteries.

back up battery always atleast 50% less time than original, that is part of buseness strategy to gain more profit, just like cheap car, the spare tire is smaller than installed 4 tires.

battery back up is normally for 3-4 hrs only, Redington is right.
