Need Guidance on IT related courses

Hi,
I have done my bachelors in Computer Science and working here in QATAR.
I am looking to do some IT professional/Specialized courses.
Which one should be good as per the Qatar market.
- Networking.
- DBA (Oracle).
- Programming.
Need your valuable suggestions. you can suggest other courses too.

First, You choose which field you are interest to do in IT company. Since three field are different case.
1. DBA -- > You have many criteria with that, Beginner to Advance level.
2. NetWorking --> same.
3. Programming -> Different PRogramming languages are there.
1. C/C++ . 2. Java/J2EE 3. Dotnet.
Please select the field properly and start doing course.
My advice is go for programming language.Since Its permanent field in all the countries. Specially US and UK.
Networking many people are there.
Note:
Put good platform for you and start working on it.
My background is completely IT field. Worked as Senior Technical Leader in one of the Multinational company.

Go for Programming and DBA.It has a good scope
Networking has no scope.IT is most expensive and Important field in this world and unfortunately in gulf countries there is no scope and are not paid reasonably.I have noticed Secretaries are getting more paid than IT Professional.An IT person can do a secretarial job but a secretary cant do IT job.So how come they are paid extra.
Well said Assasin Actual, one needs to select a stream and stick to it while continously upgrading oneself. And in ME, software development is like running old benz :( (its a good drive and feel, yet its old)
IT is a very unique field of work, continuous study and knowledge upgrade is required to be successful.
It is very important that you select a stream which you like and is interested and would like to deep dive in coming years. The choice is yours. If you are good at what you do there is scope for every stream.
DBA, Networking, MS/Exchange Admin, AIX etc has more scope in ME than software related job functions.
