Exit Permits

TimTom
By TimTom

OK...this is an old issue...but changes are happening so we need to discuss..

1) Visitors : In one instance, a friend of mine had to take out the Exit permit for his Brother In Law who was on visit visa sponsored by my friend. So, is this new rule that all visitors should get Exit permits to leave this country?

2) Family : What about Wife of expat travelling alone out of this country? Does she need an Exit Permit from her husband?

3) Family : If the sponsor (i.e. Husband) is travelling along with the sponsored (i.e. His own Wife and Kids), does he need to take Exit permits?

Please be considerate in your replies...Its start of vacations next week and your informed replies may save heartburn for many families.
