NOC is required from company to buy a car....???

I am willing to buy a 2nd hand car, do i need to get NOC from my company ? please advise me. As per the new law i heard it doesnt required any NOC from my company...

I just bought a car few months ago. If you will take it through bank they required Standard Letter from your company.

If you are buying on cash not required but if your buying through bank than its required.
