Condition to change sponsorship 2nd time..?

Hi, I am working for a company in Doha which locally hired me last year and I got NOC from my previous employer.
Now my question is.. If I want to change my company again and if I get NOC from my current employer too, will there be any issue from MOI (like changing company within a year not allowed or something)...?

It is possible to get a NOC from your current sponsor for six month to work with your new employer after getting labor approval on this NOC.

and once you finish one year then you can change the present sponsorship.

there is an option of a lease agreement which u will need if you do not complete a year
