i'm on a family visit visa status, with my brother as sponsor, i got a job offer now and my visa will be transferred to working visa. does anyone know how many days the processing will it take? employer told me that it was already processed, it's been 15working days. im worried because my family visit visa expires next week.will i be charged for overstaying in case my working visa is not yet okay when my family visit visa expires? need help.thanx much.regards

Don't worry you can extend your visit visa. Now that you have an employer offer you have a good chance to extend your visa while your employment papers are under process. You can ask a letter from your prospective employer regarding your intention to extend your visit visa.
