CREDIT CARD DEFAULT

pls advice me about credit card default that is, one of debt collector is following up my friend now in UAE about dafault payment due credit card taken in KSA and he left KSA 5 year ago. my question is that dedbt collector can take action in home country?

Seek legal advise from UAE. No point in asking a forum full of strangers in Qatar about your friends's debt from Saudi being claimed back in UAE.... Or better yet, tell your friend to own up for taking credit and make the payment.
