42" LED TV wit or w/out TAX

Hello QL'ers

I just want to ask someone if 42" LED TV is allowed now to bring back to Home of Origin.

Some said 40 to 42 is allowed, i asked some Lulu Hyper Market and Carrefour Sales Man, and they've confirmed that 40 to 42" TV is allowed now in Airport w/out TAX involve.

If its for the Philippines - a max 40" is tax free. Dont trust anyone in Carrefour- they are French.
