Scam on QL Classified

Guys this to let u know scamming activity here on QL. [not the first time].
I'll try to put it step by step:
1st:- 29.07.2012 around 12:35AM QL Classified, Car section

No telephone number just email address was left.

2nd: after few minutes the add was removed, but I sent an email...this one: Hi Mr/Mrs

I am interested in your advertisement.
So how can I see your car?
Can we set up a meeting?

My name it's Mohamed,
The car is in perfect condition, it has never been involved in any accident (accident-free), no technical problems (engine works perfect), no any scratches or dents on the car body. We both are non-smokers, nobody ever smoked inside the car.The car is qatar spec.All inspections are done and all taxes are paid. The vehicle has a complete service book.
(I also accept any test,you can test the car at any mechanic you want.)
I must tell you,i just moved with my family in London, United kingdom, and here i can't drive and i need buy a new car (this is the reason that the car is cheap) and the car is in Doha,Qatar well guarded by my home garage, and the documents car is in the car.

The price is 29000 qr THIS IS MY LAST PRICE AND ONLY CASH

I have nobody in Doha,Qatar that could show you the car also since I have house,car,garrage keys here with me.I need to come personal to meet you and present the car.Please think twice if you want to buy this car and let me know if you are really interested to buy the car.Please don't spend my time with endless disscutions,or pure curiosity

4th: i felt that something is not right & replied back:-

Well it will not be fair for you to fly over from London to Doha for this case alone, what if I'm not satisfied with the condition of the car when I see it & change my mind.

And it will not be fair for me as well to give you my word to buy your car just trusting your word only. I'm not saying you are lying, but the nature of the transaction requires physical inspection of the car by the buyer[me].
It is better if you can create a situation where I can check on the vehicle & let you know my final decision.

5th: then the guy came up with a "smart" [one eyebrow lifted]plan...:-
Hi ,
Read my e-mail i'm in Uk now and i don't have any person show you the car , and for that i need have a warranty don't lost my time and i will come show you the car for the first person show me a real warranty before come....
Please don't ask me show you the car before come my self there , because the keys it's with me and i need come my self show you this car in Doha.
I don't ask you send me or give me any money now,,,, only after you see the car... now i need have 100% warranty keep the car just for you and come there next 2-3 days after you prove me the receipt.

Here is what I propose:
The service name that we'll use is Western Union transfers. You must find the nearest Western Union agency in any bank and you go to Western Union and you send cash (10.000QR-11.000QR) to any name you want for have warranty keep the car only for you and don't lost my time....When make payment you will pay transfer fee but don't worry about this because i will give you back for you don't pay extra money.

The transfer must to be like this:

sender name : your name
sender address : your address Qatar
receiver name : friend,wife name,brother,mother,father, etc...
receiver address : London , United Kingdom

If you have here any person, friend , member family ..... made this western union payment prove for him name and address in Uk.
(In case you probably do not have relatives in the United Kingdom, but it does not matter. You just assume for a moment that your member family is in United Kingdom and is not problem if this it's not there....... You go to Western Union and you say that you want to send the money to your member family, who is now in the United Kingdom).You need put United Kingdom country destination just for can check my self the transfer status.... because the operator can check only if the money it's sent in UK not in another country....
Then you send me a copy,photo of a receipt by e-mail. I will check if the transfer is real and I come to present the car .This is a transfer from a person to a person and takes about 10 minutes.Or in case you have here person make this transfer for him name in United Kingdom.
I don't have time lost with all the person ask me about the car.... and meet in UK with this..... only after you prove me the paper Western Union and money it's available i can meet with this.... NO BEFORE THAT..... because i know 100% keep this just for you and cancel all talk with rest person.

You must to know exactly......you will pay me the money for the car cash 29000QR only face to face after i registered this to your name......., but now i need to know 100% you have money ready and my self for keep the car just for you available... because another buyer want my car and i don't have time lost.....

If you don't agree make this western union payment prove i can give you bank account for made payment prove transfer for have warranty before come.
