Mes Off Camus - IGNOU. Is it closed ?

Please let me know whats up with this Mes Off Camus open university, I heard that it is closed!!
Is there any Qlers who have taken admission in this ??
When i tried to enquire with them they asked me to come down to there office as this matter cannot be discussed over the phone.

I am now final year and continuing with mes as i am final year student :( .. seriously mes off campus with indian universities lack of responsibilities has dragged a lot of students in trouble ..
No classes,, nothing !!!
and they dont update us when books arrive and when v calll they r lyk .. v send mail etc etc .. none of the studs have got mail .. and results .. indian universities take one year to publish results ..
seriously had a gr8 tym with mes and Mahatma Gandhi indian university ..
i suggest that its not wise to enroll there .. and v will regret in future for 100% sure !!
yes , what you know abt MES Off-campus is true. I have try calling the office few weeks and @last today i had a mail from off-campus. i called the office and at-last after months or trying they answered the call to tell me that they are facing some issues and will be not taking any more new administration for IGNOU and will not b giving any class for any1.
WTF!!!
And not a mail or any information about the closing?
today they have told me tht if ur doing the exam for DEC 2012 i have too pay the amount by 20th Sept 2012. less than 5 days and to submit the assignment for the exam's ur doing... **** ***!!!!
Is it true? Please inform me too as I also got enrolled in one Exam and my exams were scheduled in December 2012.
dont waste money.. poor service provided the off-campus personel....
