How to get a micro sim card?

hey Guys would u please advise me what should I do to get a micro sim card,I have purchased an HTC mobile and it supports only micro sim card, what do I have to do to get a micro sim, I am using Qtel Hala sim at present. Can I get the micro sim for the same number which I m currently using with the normal sim or I will have to buy a new number?
