URGENT!!!! Sponsership Transfer....

Let me brief my issue clearly again, I was working for a company (X) for more than 5 year and then got an offer from another company (Y) and resigned from my employment, unfortunately my employer (X) refused to give NOC and transfer paper to my would be employer (Y) in particular because they have some high level personel dispute. So my new employer suggested me to transfer my sponsorship to another third party company (Z) and requested me to obtain NOC from their (Z),then wanted me to cancel my RP and go back to my country immediately. The new employer (Y) agreed to process new visa to come back to Qater. My question here is

Do i need to stay under new third party company (Z) for 1 year even If I cancel my residency to join new company (Y).

Can I come back to Qatar immediately upon cancellation my RP with NOC?

My case is also same as above but little difference.I working now my first comany A for 1.5 years now Comapny A ready to give NOC.I have to find Company B in 3 weeks time.If I cant able to find company B.I plan to take NOC from company A and Get one sponser ane Get fresh RP.my question is if this sponser permit me work any where in qatar can Company B hire me..? Note : sponser ready to give 6 months work permit to work company B

interesting. This means I have only one more chance:). What if I leave the country and come back with different nationality (passport)? Will I have another 3 new chances?

I basically transfered my visa twice. First time from my father to Company A, and then from company B to C, and now I got a job offer from company D. Does this mean that I should work with them forever because I won't be able to transfer my visa anymore? What if one day my contract gets terminated with company D? and I get a job offer from company E while company D is more than willing to give NOC to me?

Dnt Take To Mch Tension Come To me I will slove u r matter transfer to my company and give me some charges for transfer and when u want NOC give me some charges for that ...And u r open minded from any one...Thanks

u have to attach the original NOC letter in your visa application, so u have to give the original noc letter along with your passport copy to your new company , then they can apply the visa for u and u will get the visa.. good luck

if u r cancelling the RP and going back with Noc u can apply for new visa. if the company which will going to hire u have ur nationality visa approval , then u can get visa.

What do you mean of shifting 3 times to new company? Do you mean that a person can only transfer his sponsorship 3 times only?

What if my sponsorship was on company A for 2 years and then on company B for 3 years and then on company C for another 3 years? I can not get a new job and transfer on company D afterwards?

As far as i know you can only shift 3 times to any new company. If he is shifting to C then not an issue again.

Why do you want to come with a fresh rp when you have an existing RP. Iam confused. Please make it short your posting and to the point.

You are confused. What do you want? Transfer sponsorship? In this case you must have a valid RP and NOC. You cannot transfer sponsorship if your RP has been cancelled. You can come with a NEW visa if your RP has been cancelled and if you have NOC.
