Hello to all!
We need advice and help regarding the work of my sister, she came in doha with a business visa and after a month she get a work as a secretary in the trading company with only 4 employees and she is only a girl among them.
The first problem we encountered was her visa, the employer file very late til the business visa expired and for 20days lapsed we discover that they issued servant visa instead secretary job.
Our second problem, is for the first month of work she received salary but 2nd and 3rd month she did not get the salary already and her employer promise only everyday the same reason "tomorrow".
Our third problem is that sometime she is alone in the office and one time her colleague try to kiss her and she ran away home, that until now she didn't go back for work and don't like anymore to work.
We try to talk to her employer to let her go home but her employer ignore us only. By the way her employer not her sponsor, she did not see her sponsor but she have ID.
One month already she's not reporting for duty and stay only in the house, she have a working visa but she did not have medical or pataka or even take finger prints.
We don't know already what to do, please help and advice us what and where to get help.
thanks.

I suggest that you immediately go to your own embassy to ask assistance on what to do regarding your sister situation. They will instruct you on what to do. Do not be afraid to ask help to from your own embassy, they will provide help. Don't take more time, take action immediately. Good luck.
