I was resigned already and my ID was expire..Is it advisable to still renew my ID or no need as I heard from some better not as it will clear your record in the CID department from your sponsor after six months. That's mean no need to ask them for NOC If I decided to come under work visa...Please I need some advise.

Thanks Alex, can they still work or rather look for another employer to sponsored them if they will give you a NOC from previous employer.

If your visa expired it means it is cancelled. It has no validity. That means you need to wait for for 2 years before you can get a work visa. You can enter Qatar anytime on visit and business visa only. But you can't get work visa not unless you completed 2 years ban. Ok?

Thanks for the feedback, but what I mean is to get again a work visa. Would the CID will still ask NOC from your previous employer if your visa was expired.

The CID will not erase your records even if it reaches 50 years or 100 years. You see what is happening in movies? the CIA/FBI keeps records of everyone even if its is years ago. You may say "well, thats in the movies' but I tell you my friend, it is really the practice. No government agency will erase our records.

Hope this helps
