Advice for my Chest Pain?

I'm suffering from chest pain for quite long now (1 month) and I almost did every possible procedures and tests that a doctor could recommend and it's causing me too much anxiety now. I undergone heart CT-scan, too many x-rays and ECGs, blood tests, stress test and all were negative of possible heart attack problems. But why nobody can really determine and pinpoint the real cause of my on and off chest pain? is there anybody here in QL who can help me, doctors or anybody who experienced this problem and able to get rid of it with a certain procedure done?
Your answers will be a "God sent" to me for I cannot think of a better way how to solve this. Doctor Google makes my situation more confusing and scary, help me guys please! Thank you in advance! God bless us all

antacid syrup? Then, that is a heartburn my friend. It means you gotta cut down on spicy foods, and acidic drinks.

Thank u for your reply, my family have a history of Diabetis, but so far all my blood results were normal including blood sugar (5.0), the normal is 4-7. I might say the severity of pain from scale of 1-10, it is around 4-5, it is still bearable but very annoying especially when I'm working, I cannot focus of what I'm doing, that my mindset is always on my chest trying to scare myself that the pain will progress anytime. But thanks God, the pain is not that much. Im trying to inhale or exhale deeply, but no pain. The pain comes when I am trying to pull my chest backwards or trying to put both my shoulders close to each other. And the pain was in the middle, right at the sternum. My most recent visit at Hamad E.R. was last week, the doctor gave me ibuprofen and some antacid syrup. I had a bloating issue before and had a diagnosis of GERD last 1.5 years ago, but no chest pain like this. I never stop taking Gaviscon syrup for heartburns so Im wondering why the pain is still there? Again, thank you for someone like you who will share their concerns and advices. I will really appreciate your time reading this. Godbless us all.

Have "Psalms 23"

1-1-1

"Proverbs 17:22"

A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.

...............................................

Keep a happy heart ,that itself will be your medicine.

God bless.
