overstaying in canada

I went to Canada about Two years ago. My contract lapsed and I applied for a new job. While waiting for my LMO to be approved, I overstayed for 1 month. My LMO was denied so I got home, I applied for working visa again but was denied too. Someone told me that because of overstaying for a month I might have been banned to go back there for 5 years. Does anybody have an idea if this is true? thank you

There you go, make sure all your documents and information arei in order, and resubmit. Good luck and I hope your application is approved.

I'm from the Philippines. The reason for the refusal was that the LMO given was not in line with my work experience.. But this time the new job offer I got is in line with my work experiences.

Where are you from? Do you have a letter from an employer with a job offer? Your refusal letters...what exactly do they say? What's the reason for the refusal.

Bryanchaaban, I have a new LMO for the third time, I'm going to try my luck to have a working visa again. Do you think I'm banned? I came here in Qatar to make my application easier, I heard that approval here is easier than when I'm in my country. Thank you

That is absolutely not true! Of course you should have requested a visitor status while you were waiting for LMO, but what's done is done.

Did you submit all the correct documents and info when requesting workers permit. HRSDC confirmation and letter from employer, there is a reason for the refusal, and overstaying one month is not the reason.
