Hi guys, i like to find out some information, if you know about it please share it. My friend wants to come to Doha in Visit Visa (Business Visa), if he finds any job can he transfer his visa to PR visa or he should exit and come back in PR visa. Also in case if he is changing from Business Visa does he needs NOC and will there be any transfer fee or any charges?

no need to go back to his country, just he can change the visa from here but he must need NOC from first sponsor (business visa sponsor) when he going to change his visa to another company the will say about the charges, some company ask changing charges some company will not.
