both wife and husband working in Doha. different company different sponsorship. wife gets pregnant, baby was born here. wife now want to stop working, beacause no one will take care of the baby but dont want to leave Doha.

question is, is it possible to transfer wifes working visa from her company to husband sponsorship?

husbands salary is 6600 only, flat/apartment rental, Qtel and Kharama under husbands name. husbands company willing to give NOC/help for the husband sponsorship visa if ever.

wife enter Doha as family visit visa, applied and get hired after 2mos. wife sponsorship is now under company. with 2yrs contract. want to resign after 1yr and 5mos, because of the reason above. any idea if her company allow her to leave the company without leaving Doha?.

thank you in advance. guys.. really need you informative inputs.

The husband's company may give NOC but the Committee in Ministry of Labor will not agree because the required salary is 10,000 riyals. Well there's no harm in trying. But nowadays it's not that easy to get the committee's approval. You need wasta to succeed.

I thought his salary had to be at least 10,000 to sponsor his wife? Better check it ou.

It's up to the company I think.... but would be pretty harsh if they didn't let you transfer to your husband's sponsorship. I'm in a similar situation, my company said they're happy to give the NOC, just waiting for my husband's visa to be sorted so I can transfer....
