Dear friends,

i need a informaion from your side..please help me..at present i am working in a organisation in doha..and i completed nearly one year from the present employer..now i am plan to move to other organisation...my PR was issued upto one year and its going to expire by september 17 , of this year 2012..my doubt is , if i got offer from other organisation, i can i transfer from my present company to new company..and the same time, my present employer will not give me NOC...so please let me know, how can i move to new employer from my present employer...my present employer contract is upto 2014....please suggest me...

No way. You can not move to another employer even you have completed your 10 years or 50 years or whole life with one employer. All depends on your sponsor. if he gives you NOC then no problem otherwise no chance.
