PS3 downgrade

Does anyone know where to in Doha we can get a PS3 downgraded?

I plan to sell my PS3 if I can't downgrade. Here are the specs:

Hardware:
PS3 firmware 4.20
PS3 Move - with camera and Two move controllers
One PS3 dual shock controller
HDMI cable

Games:
Modern warfare; Black OPS
Sorcery- PS3 move game
Dance star party - - PS3 move game
After hours atheletes - PS3 move game
Unchartered 3 - Drakes Deception

I'll also throw in a logitech 5.1 surround speaker system if you give me a good price.
